Lizzy Morris is one of the worlds premiere Certified Scrum & Agile Trainers, who is an expert in driving measurable results for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. She is the co-founder of BeardedEagle, a multi-million dollar management and consulting firm with clients such as Chase Bank, Johnson & Johnson, the United States Navy and Coca Cola to name a few. Her unique ability to assist organizations in adopting Scrum as their primary transformational framework results in the delivery of end to end value for her clients and the discovery of Agile tolerance.

With over 18 years as an executive consultant, Lizzy has in-depth experience in delivering software development, project management and strategic consulting. She is a master at fostering collaboration and her hands-on approach to partnering provides the support needed to take any organization through the difficult transitional phases of implementing an agile change.

Among her accolades, Lizzy has become the first woman of color in the world to qualify as a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Scrum at Scale Trainer within the globally recognized Scrum Alliance certification body. Her company BeardedEagle secures contracts with global leaders that takes her across Europe, Asia, and Africa. Prior to launching her firm, Lizzy served as the VP Of Agile Transformation for one of the largest global recruitment holding companies in the world.
